Call Center Operator (Remote)

An online store needs a call center operator to handle incoming and outgoing calls. The job is fully remote.

Requirements:

• Ability to listen to the client and conduct a polite, logical dialogue;

• Articulate and reasoned speech, clear diction;

• Proficiency in the Ukrainian language;

• Experience with upselling and cross-selling;

• Availability of a headset for telephony;

• High-speed internet;

• Quiet workspace;

• Mandatory: availability of a computer or laptop and stable internet even during power outages (power bank/charging station or other autonomous power supply).

Responsibilities:

• Making outgoing calls on existing orders (hot database);

• Closing deals over the phone;

• Work schedule 2/2.

• Salary is paid twice a month — in the middle and at the end of the month;

• Rate + % commission.
