Requirements:
• 6 months or more experience in telemarketing
• Preferably — experience in fields such as consulting services, mentoring, energy practices, investment or psychological products, ability to persuade clients
• Perfect command of Ukrainian — mandatory
• Ability to build trust, effectively warm up leads, work with objections
• Confident CRM user
• Systematic approach and desire to earn in a stable rhythm
Responsibilities:
1) Calls to incoming applications (warm leads)
2) Working with a database of partially interested contacts
3) Consultation and closing orders according to the script
4) Maintaining reports and statuses in CRM (training provided)
5) Working with A/B scripts, testing approaches
