Mailing Manager / Junior SDR (Viber, Telegram, Email) for an existing B2B database (150 leads)

Hello! We are looking for a systematic and responsible specialist (Junior SDR / email marketing manager) to conduct initial contact with potential clients and select "warm" leads.

We are a Ukrainian manufacturing company (producing plastic products: seats for transport and stadiums, plastic containers, household and garden goods).

What we already have: We have a fully formed and verified Google Sheet with 150 B2B companies.

Your task:

1. Initial contact via messengers: Send a short script-question via Viber (if the number is not on Viber — use Telegram) directly to the contacts from our database.

2. Alternative channel (Email): If messengers are unavailable for the provided numbers — send the same short pitch to the company's email.

3. Recording results: Update response statuses in our Google Sheet.

4. Transfer of hot contacts: Promptly forward leads that show substantial interest for our further processing.

We will provide the ready script text and access to the sheet immediately before starting.

Technical conditions (IMPORTANT): We do not provide a corporate number or email for sending. The technical side (using your additional/work accounts to avoid blocking personal numbers on Viber or Telegram) is entirely your responsibility. You must have experience in similar work and understand how to safely handle such a number of contacts.

Who we are looking for: A person with experience in cold B2B emailing or lead generation, who writes proficiently in Ukrainian, can clearly and timely update statuses in spreadsheets, and maintains work pace.

Conditions and budget:

• Work volume: Process 150 ready contacts (sending + recording responses).

• Deadline: 5 days.

• Budget: 800 UAH.

• Prospect: Given good results and clear communication, we are ready to collaborate on a permanent basis for regular processing of new databases.
