MEP modeler (Revit BIM)
Looking for an MEP modeler (Revit) for a residential project
Format: Remote work
Type of employment: Project-based / hourly / phased
Start: July 2025
Project: Residential complex in Israel, 76 apartments, 9 floors + 3 underground, approximately 15,000 m²
Platform: Revit + BIM 360 + Navisworks (for coordination)
Tasks:
Modeling engineering systems in Revit by sections:
HVAC (water supply and sewage)
MEP (heating, ventilation, air conditioning)
Electrical (power and low-current networks)Working on architectural and structural background, referencing levels, axes, and coordinate grid;
Placing equipment, pipes, air ducts, cable trays while maintaining LOD 300–400;
Participating in Clash detections, resolving collisions as per coordinator’s instructions;
Preparing sheets, specifications, legends, and drawings based on models;
Exporting models/views for non-Revit participants (PDF, DWG, IFC).
Requirements for the specialist:
Experience in modeling MEP systems in Revit for 2–3 years;
Confident knowledge of Revit Systems, MEP Templates, and BIM 360;
Understanding of principles of coordinating engineering networks in residential buildings;
Ability to read drawings and understand related section projects;
Skills in documentation and specifications management;
Experience with Navisworks (Clash Detection) is desirable;
Working level of English or Russian for communication.
Conditions:
