About the Project
We're looking for an experienced Meta Ads Specialist who understands how to generate high-quality local service leads, not simply boost posts.
This is not a beginner position.
We're looking for someone with proven experience managing Meta campaigns for local businesses, preferably within home services such as painting, remodeling, roofing, flooring, landscaping, HVAC, plumbing, or similar industries.
What You'll Be Responsible For
Audit and evaluate our current Meta Ads account
Analyze our local Charlotte market and competitors
Research current best-performing Meta advertising strategies
Develop a clear advertising strategy focused on lead generation
Build and optimize campaigns using the latest Meta best practices
Create high-converting audiences and retargeting campaigns
Design and test multiple creative concepts

Your job is to transform these assets into Meta creatives that generate the best possible results for our local market.
Tracking & Marketing Systems
One of our biggest priorities is proper tracking.

Requirements
Please apply only if you have:
Proven Meta Ads experience
Experience generating leads for local businesses
Strong portfolio or case studies
Ability to show measurable results
Experience with creative strategy
Experience with A/B testing
Understanding of Meta Pixel, Conversion API, and attribution
Experience integrating Meta with CRMs and automations
Excellent English communication
Ability to work proactively and suggest improvements
