I have full technical expertise for the deployment and optimization of Microsoft Places within the Modern Workplace concept.

I will conduct a comprehensive analysis of the current Microsoft 365 environment, set up a digital office model (buildings, floors, rooms), and integrate the service with Teams, Outlook, and Exchange Online using PowerShell. I will provide complete support for the process: from configuring workplace booking scenarios to training your IT team and end users.

Remote Stundensatz - 85 EUR pro Stunde. Onsite - 105 EUR pro Stunde plus Reisekosten, falls ein Einsatz vor Ort wirklich nötig ist. Verfügbarkeit - ab 13.07.2026, etwa 20 bis 32 Stunden pro Woche, mit Option auf mehr nach Abstimmung.

WIr passen besonders gut, wenn es nicht nur um einzelne Einstellungen geht, sondern um saubere Einführung, Governance, Betrieb und messbaren Nutzen für hybride Arbeit. Der sinnvolle Ablauf wäre - Ist-Analyse der Microsoft-365-Umgebung, Zielbild für Microsoft Places, Konfiguration von Gebäuden, Etagen, Räumen und Arbeitsplätzen, Buchungsszenarien für Desk und Room Booking, Integration mit Teams, Outlook und Exchange Online, dann Tests, Übergabe und kurze Wissensweitergabe an IT und Anwender. Klingt trocken, spart aber später viele kleine Brände =)

Danach konfigurieren wir Microsoft Places, testen die buchungslogik mit pilotnutzern, dokumentieren die einrichtung und übergeben IT-team sowie anwendern klare arbeitsabläufe.
