Migrate WordPress website and fix some bugs

Need to migrate the WP website with access to WP-admin dashboards to both websites only. No hosting access is available.
Once migrated need to do the following:
1. Fix the contact form on the website so it actually sends inquiries to an email address
2. Fix the "forgot my password" functionality so it works (now it does not send any emails)
3. Bulk upload user records (xls file with: email-FirstName-LastName) and send greeting emails to all users.
