I have experience in bulk importing products into Shopify from external sources (XML/API), including parsing HTML descriptions, processing variants, images, and generating CSV for Shopify.

I propose to carry out the migration taking into account all requirements (without pricing/stock), with a logical distribution across collections, attributes — into variants. A test import stage, full upload, instructions, and a report are included.
