Необхідно врахувати, що Ви не можете переривати обслуговування Ваших клієнтів, тому після написання програм міграції Ваших даних у нову СРМ виконувати остаточну міграцію та тестування якості міграції треба буде у неробочий час для Вашої клініки (а це або нічні або вихідні дні). Це збільшує вартість.

План за Вашим проектом:
- вивчення Вашої вихідної СРМ і СРМ в яку Ви хочете мігрувати, визначення стратегії міграції (5-10 робочих днів)
- написання та тестування програм міграції (10-15 робочих днів)
- міграція та тестування результатів (2-5 робочих днів)
