1. I have not performed similar tasks through FX, but I do have practical experience.
2. Yes. I have experience working with Windows 2003 R2+, MS SQL 2005+, 1C 7.7-8+, Hyper-H, VMware.
3. 0.5-1 hour. Preferably as a separate project.
4. An audit, and then it will be clear. Given the scarcity of the provided information, there are too many options. But overall, it will either be a transfer at the hypervisor level as a VM in its entirety (most likely replication), or a transfer using agent-based backup methods, if the target node is a VM and not the hypervisor.
