Technical Implementation Requirements:
1. Programming Languages: Priority is given to the use of C++ and Python.
2. Integration with Telegram API: To create a mini-application on the Telegram platform, integration with the Telegram Bot API will be required.

4. Deployment: The bot must be deployed on a server to ensure round-the-clock access.
Developer Requirements:
1. Experience in development with C++ and/or Python.
