Мне как заказчику нужен результат. Отсутствие живого общения очень сильно влияет на качество исполнения сколько-нибудь нетривиального проекта. Поэтому для меня всё просто: нет общения - нет проекта.

Зрозуміло, а текстури потрібні? Якщо так, які карти потрібно запікти? А також, щодо анімації, антилопа повинна ходити по колу, чи потрібен цикл з пересуванням постійним?

Текстуры нужны - только diffuse color. Анимация - покушала с листики (пару секунд), потом обошла с другой стороны дерева и снова кушает, потом обратно.

В принципе стандартные требования движков типа unity или unreal engine. Некоторые анимации перестают работать - тут надо пробовать. По текстуре - поддерживается только цвет, без нормалей и пр. Полигоны надо использовать экономно, так же как и кости в скелете.
