«Ради бога особи які люблять ставити ставку аби використати ТЗ як привід не виконувати роботу та звернутись в арбітраж - НЕ СТАВТЕ.»
Якщо вже було стільки проблем із виконавцями, то, можливо, справа не тільки в них. Арбітраж створений саме для вирішення спірних ситуацій. Якщо ТЗ зрозуміле, а комунікація нормальна, то до арбітражу справа доходить дуже рідко.

Ніхто не проти дрібних правок. Але дуже часто під «елементарними» мається на увазі купа змін або взагалі переробка роботи. Тому краще одразу домовитися, що входить у вартість, а що вже є новим обсягом робіт.
