Good day to everyone. We need to develop a 3D model of a two-part mold for casting. We also need to slightly modify the soap model itself (add raised text). It is preferable to do this in FUSION. 

Technical assignment: 

📌 Product description:

• Original model: STL file Last PillSkin v1.stl.

• This is a soap mold that should be hollow, with a wall thickness of about 10 mm (1 cm).

• Inside this soap, liquid soap will be poured, meaning the outer shell must be solid, with a hollow inside.

🎯 Task goal:

• Create a two-part casting mold (two halves) designed for making a hollow soap shell based on the provided 3D model.

✅ Requirements for the result:

1. Processing the original model:

• Thickening the walls of the model to 1 cm, while maintaining the external appearance.

• There should be a cavity inside that replicates the internal geometry.

2. Separation into two halves of the mold:

• The mold should be divided along the optimal plane of symmetry (along the central axis) to facilitate the removal of the cast part.

• There should be no undercuts that hinder the removal of the product from the mold.

3. Functional elements:

• Pouring hole (inlet channel) — at the top or another logical position.

• Air release channels — thin channels for air to escape during pouring.

• Mold half locking system — locks (pins/recesses) ensuring precise assembly of the two halves.

4. Additional wishes:

• Ability to print the mold on an FDM 3D printer.

• Consider technological gaps if the mold will be used for casting with liquid soap mixtures.

• Surfaces at the joints must be tightly fitted, without gaps.

📤 Deliverables:

• Ready 3D models of two halves of the mold (in STL and STEP formats).

• Separately — the model of the finished hollow soap (for visualization).

• A brief description of how to use the mold (if there are nuances).
