A building model needs to be created with a height of ~10 meters and levels of 50 cm each. (There should be a total of 18 residential levels + a foyer + space under the roof for a sign installation)
Inside, there should be a schematic elevator shaft (50x30cm), which is placed in the center of the building. No detailed design is required.

The building itself should be in a cyberpunk style - something that could realistically be constructed from metal profiles, acrylic, aluminum composite, and similar materials.
The size of the building is 2 meters by 1 meter (height 10) Inside, there is one partition that divides the level into 4 equal units.
The first floor is the foyer, and division into units is not needed.
The side of the building (1 meter) can be solid, but the front (2 meters) cannot, due to the risk of wind load. The front side is made of a grid (to allow the wind to pass through) and acrylic in the center of the unit, which serves as a window. The width of the window is 30 cm.

The main focus during creation is on lighting. It will be made from existing neon strips of one color

and addressable LED strips that can light up in different colors and blink as desired.

Other LED lights can also be used, but not exceeding 12 volts and must be IP65 (67)
The placement of the lights is at the discretion of the modeler, but it is essential to highlight the contours of the floors.
At the top of the building, there should be a neon glowing logo of BambuLab installed on a frame or directly on the building (at your discretion)


The building should be stylish, cool, but realistic for assembly on the ground. It is planned to be lifted by a crane for installation. A metal square (50mm*50mm) is planned to be used for the base.
No detailing for assembly is required - the main goal is to create a demo model and visualization.
The model needs to be assembled in Blender, as my overall scene is in Blender. I plan to import the model with the configured lighting.
