This file has over 2m triangles and over 1m vertices which is too large to bring into Spatial. Please refer to our file upload guidelines here to see the recommended triangle and vertex count.
You could try decimating the model in Blender to reduce the vertex and triangle count. Resources on decimation can also be found in the above linked article.
