В описании данного задания указано:
"7. Число зубьев должно быть не четным,
8. Обратить внимание: сверху по осевой должен быть центр зуба, а снизу центр впадины между зубьями.
9. Зубья шестерни прямые (не косые), а так же форма зуба должна быть сложной формы для достижения постоянного оптимального контакта."
Для правильной работы зубчатой пары, а на сколько я понимаю у Вас есть ответная шестерня, необходимо знать точное количество зубьев для данной шестерни - что бы сохранилось правильное передаточное число.... т.е. для правильной работы данной зубчатой пары очень желательно, чтобы изготавливались обе шестеренки!
Далее ответы на ВАШИ пункты:
7 - число не должно быть отличным от нужного числа зубьев - для сохранения оригинального передаточного числа!!!( четное-не четное - это не верные данные в задании!)
8 - Для этого должно быть указано корректное количество зубьев!!!
9 - Зубья шестерни - прямые... это хорошо, но вот форма зуба должна быть указана со всеми скруглениями и скосами и прочими размерами, так как в другом случае шестерня ПРОСТО НЕ БУДЕТ РАБОТАТЬ!...
Для предотвращения такой ситуации - (я повторюсь) желательно делать моделирование всей зубчатой пары... и делать расчет под нужное количество зубьев, с нужным передаточным числом... и будут создаваться одинаковые, для обеих шестеренок, формы зубьев....
