3D models for the online store (hyperrealism)
We are looking for executives to work with 3D models in the style of hyperrealism. 3D models are needed for the virtual store and these are real-world models (table, chairs, chairs, bicycles, sofaes and everything else).
The project is great, so we are aimed at long cooperation with the executives.
Payment for each fbx model.

Technical requirements:
Models in Maya. The PBR materials.
2k or 4k as needed. Exact wood, metal textures.
Photorealistic quality. Modeled precisely like the image. If there are interior containers (drawers for example) they should also be modeled.
The model should include stiches, buttons, nails, etc.
Poly count in the hundreds of thousands (not millions). Around 150K vertex, 300K triangles. Depends on the item, but that's a ballpark.
