Revit Modeler Needed for Residential Complex Project (BIM)
Type of work: Remote / project-based
Timeline: July 2025 – January 2026
Platform: Revit + BIM 360
Project: Residential building (76 apartments, 9 above-ground + 4 underground floors, approximately 15,000 m²)
Location: Middle East, remote work, participation in meetings via Zoom/Teams
Tasks:
Modeling architectural and engineering parts of the building in Revit;
Working with standard and unique elements (families, facades, shafts, etc.);
Connecting and linking models from other disciplines (structure, MEP);
Maintaining Level of Detail (LOD) 300–400;
Preparing sheets, specifications, and schedules;
Working in BIM 360 (publishing, revisions, collaborative work);
Resolving clashes and coordinating with the coordinator;
Issuing documentation according to templates and project requirements (BEP).
Requirements for the specialist:
Experience modeling in Revit for at least 3 years (preferably residential or multi-section buildings);
Knowledge of Revit Worksharing, BIM 360, preferably experience with Navisworks;
Skills in creating custom families;
Understanding of BIM coordination principles and teamwork;
Responsibility, meeting deadlines, accuracy in modeling;
Basic English or Russian for coordination (Hebrew is a plus but not mandatory).
Payment:
Milestone-based or hourly, to be discussed;
Bonuses possible for speed and quality;
Willing to work through a secure transaction or platform.
