Понял, тогда уберу из технического задания. В этом сервисе очень удобно пользоваться Личными сообщениями, там обычно обсуждают тех. задание и ведется вся деловая переписка. Честно говоря не знаю как со стороны заказчика принять ставку исполнителя и открыть Рабочую область, но думаю это можно сделать нажав на что-то вроде Выбрать исполнителя под моим предложением выполнить работу на вкладке Ставки.
