Good day. Regarding the budget - 5000 UAH may only be enough for a very simplified version without proper logic checking for interlinking and caching. I would budget from 12000 UAH and 5 working days if this is Magento 2 and a neat module is needed that won't break the catalog's performance.

I see the implementation like this - the module takes products of one brand, forms 4-6 previews for the card, evenly distributes interlinking across the catalog so that it doesn't happen that some products constantly receive links while others drop out. Here’s the nuance - it’s necessary not just to show similar products, but to create a manageable logic that can then be maintained without manual magic =)

Access will require a repository or archive of the current Magento, test access to the admin panel, and preferably a copy of the database without unnecessary personal data.
