Да, конечно. Что именно требуется?
https://addons.prestashop.com/en/marketplaces/27282-ebay-20-marketplace.html вот этот Ибай модуль, который присоединен а Престашопу.
Все работало нормально год, а сейчас в Престашопе не отражаются заказы с Ибая. Соответсвенно, весь учет товаров на складе в Престашопе идет неправильно(проданные товары не уходят из наличия).
При этом синхронизация листингов сохраняется. Если мне надо опубликовать новые товары - все прекрасно синхронизируется с Ибаем.
Версия Престашопа - 1.7.6.0
Думаю, это какой-то маленький нюанс, какая-то настройка может быть.

смогу завтр после обеда посмотреть
цену и сроки пока сложить не могу, т к надо сначала "диагноз пациенту" поставить 🙂

как правило, услуги улучшения сайта, обновления ядра и повышение безопасности и производительности сервера - это 250 EUR и 7 дней времени включая последующее тестирование и тюнинг
но нужно смотреть проект внутри, насколько много кастомных изменений и устаревших модулей тама насчёт починки модуля ebay и его более свежую версию и настройку - вам быстрее-дешевле будет у автора модуля напрямую или через addons докупить платную техподдержку (если уже гарантия на модуль закончилась)
в любом случае - всё решаемо, так как специализируюсь на Prestashop уже более 8 лет--
