Payment modules on WP

Polish website, currently the cart is implemented through a POP-UP with a redirect to a thank you message for the order.
The client has connected 2 payment modules (Przelewy24 and Autopay) but they do not redirect to the payment form.
It is necessary to ensure that the payment plugins work + the INPOST delivery plugin remains functional.
We are considering 2 options for implementation:
1) Solve the problem within the pop-up window so that payment can be processed
2) Switch to the standard WooCommerce payment page, but it will be necessary to transfer all fields from the pop-up + the delivery plugin.
