Взглянуть можно на вид данных которые отображаются когда вы по адресу заходите? А так, я впринципе думаю что реализация не сложная.

Здравствуйте. Хотелось бы подробнее узнать о задаче. Если я правильно понял, данные получаются при помощи доступа к веб-интерфейсу программа через браузер? Тогда самый простой вариант - скрипт, опрашивающий программы с определённым интервалом и извлекающий нужные данные. Но возникает вопрос - что за данные и в каком виде они представлены? Одно дело - брать несколько цифр из какой-нибудь формы со статистикой, вид которой заранее известен, а другое - работать с какими-нибудь списками, таблицами или графиками.

вот ссылка на gminer https://github.com/develsoftware/GMinerRelease/releases
в файле mine_eth.bat добавляем параметр --api 30888 (например)
заупсукаем файл mine_eth.bat
в браузере переходим 192.168.0.***:30888 (*** смотря какой ip присвоит роутер)
и видим табличку. При изменении Online на Offline должно прийти письмо на почту или если есть такая возможность то смс
и еще если этот сайт не открывается - пишет ошибку, то так же должно прийти оповещение
