The name of the company is P58 GmbH. An example of the direction to take is in the attachment.

GmbH - the form of the enterprise (like LTD, LLC)
- Minimalist design (example in the attachment)
- Colors are monochrome - black/gray/white
- Two design options are required for selection
- After agreeing on the desired design, two color options are needed - black logo text with a white (transparent background) and vice versa, white text on a black background
- Upon completion, the source file and two PNG file formats are required - for online use and PDF for printing.
