A presentation video needs to be created for the company Decola, a real estate company. Duration of the video: 60–90 seconds. The style of the video should be premium, expensive, black and gold, with an atmosphere of elite real estate in Prague. It should not be an ordinary commercial, but a beautiful company profile video / luxury real estate promo. Reference for style: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IEcjV93a9cc. It is important not to copy the video exactly, but to create a similar mood:— dark background;— golden elements;— smooth transitions;— premium typography;— beautiful shots of Prague;— real estate, interiors, facades, keys, documents;— neat motion graphics animation;— expensive calm presentation. The company focuses on three main areas: 1. Sale of luxury properties. Selling elite real estate in Prague and the Czech Republic. It needs to show that the company helps clients sell properties professionally, beautifully present the object, and find the right buyer. 2. Property rental. It needs to reveal that the company assists in finding reliable tenants, presenting the object, organizing viewings, and supporting the rental process. 3. Property management. It needs to show that the company can manage the property after the deal: communication with tenants, monitoring the condition of the property, documents, support, and care for the object. Each topic should be briefly and clearly covered within the 60–90 second video. The video should not just be a collection of beautiful shots — the viewer should understand what Decola does. The Decola logo needs to be used, which will be provided separately. The logo should not be altered or redrawn. The voiceover should be in Czech, with a professional calm male voice. The voiceover should reveal that Decola deals with:— selling elite real estate;— property rental;— property management. The main phrase to be used in the voiceover: “Sale of luxury properties. Rental. Property management. Decola, a real estate company.” The voiceover can also be made more detailed, but without overload. The text should sound natural in Czech. Subtitles must be added at the bottom in English. The subtitles should be neat, small, white or light gold, easily readable, but should not interfere with the visuals. The English subtitles should accurately convey the meaning of the Czech voiceover. Example English subtitles: “Luxury property sales.” “Property rental.” “Property management.” “Decola, a real estate company.” The video should include blocks: 1. Decola logo and premium introduction. 2. Shots of Prague and elite real estate. 3. Sale of luxury properties — selling elite real estate. 4. Property rental — renting real estate. 5. Property management — managing real estate. 6. Advantages: Trust, Quality, Individual approach, Results. 7. Final screen with logo, website, phone number, and address.
