Looking for editors with experience, we will create short videos (4-6s) from long videos filmed according to our specifications. We work with fansly, similar to onlyfans. In short, a girl films 1 video of 5-10 minutes according to our specifications. Then we create 10-15 small "reels" from it and post them. Each editor will handle 5 videos.

Also, this month we will be launching Instagram accounts, where the essence of editing is the same, but the niche is different - walkthroughs. It will be easier to increase the volume.
✅ Editing complexity.
Average. Come up with creativity, cut frames, music, zooms, slow motion, text, basic color correction, etc., nothing overly complicated.
As seen in the examples below, creativity and the ability to hold attention matter more than editing.
You can edit simpler/more complex than in the examples; for us, the main thing is retention.

Separately for each video.
Based on KPI, depending on the average retention of new viewers:
- 0-59% → 3$
- 60-64% → 5$
- 65-69% → 8$
- 70-74% → 12$
- 75-79% → 17$
- 80-84% → 23$
- 85%< → 30$
Payments are made on the 8th and 23rd of each month, in USDT.
*In the project cost, I indicated the price for 4 test videos with a retention of 65-69%
✅ Selection
1 video for testing. If it's good, we make 3 more, and all 4 videos will be taken as paid test work, we will check the average retention. If it's above 65%, we will collaborate long-term.
