Video editing for YouTube / Create clips for TikTok

Hello everyone, I have a stream recording that lasts about 3 hours.
Task:
1. Create a YouTube video, cutting out the most active/best moments from the 3 hours, resulting in a video of 40-50 minutes.

2. Make 30 clips from the stream, each lasting from 30 seconds to a minute.

3. Create a cover for YouTube
! The video editing for YouTube should be as simple as possible, without any complex effects, smooth transitions, interesting moments, everything should look dynamic. Make a preview of 5-6 seconds that grabs attention right away, then an intro, which is on Google Drive, and an end screen with links to all social media, also on the drive.
! The editing of the clips should be the same, everything simple, cool and dynamic moments that are memorable and engaging, also add interesting captions, just like in the examples. + Add my Twitch handle to each video, a cropped photo on Google Drive.

! The cover can be made using ChatGPT or Gemini, nothing complicated. An example of the cover is on Google Drive.

It is important that the YouTube and TikTok videos are of good quality.
If you use music, it is important that it does not violate copyright, as the publications will be on YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram.
