I am looking for a cool video editor who has a keen sense of emotion, dynamics, and rhythm in the frame. I don't need a technical "cutter" — I am looking for a creator who can take even mediocre raw material and turn it into a cinematic gem.

What we will be working on: The main areas are stylish weddings, events, brand videos, and various commercial projects.

What is important to me:

• Perfect sense of rhythm and phases of movement: You must work meticulously with movement in the frame (match cut). Cuts should be seamless for the viewer, and the video should flow.

• Directorial vision: You look at the material and immediately see where the shot is stretched, where the dynamics drop, and where a piece looks amateurish. You know how to save it with the right tempo, framing, or ruthless (but appropriate) cutting. Emotion in the video comes first.

• Targeted use of AI: Artificial intelligence is not the foundation but an additional tool. We will use neural networks for effects or transitions only in specific moments and at my request. The main condition is that it should look as natural, organic, and free of "cheap" plastic as possible.
