🎥 Your Tasks:
🎬 Video Editing and Montage
✔️ Cutting and editing videos YouTube and Shorts to create dynamic and engaging content.
✔️ Optimizing storytelling through precise editing, pacing, and smooth transitions.
✔️ Selecting and matching music, sound effects, and audio backgrounds.
✔️ Adding subtitles, graphics, and text overlays to enhance content readability.
✔️ Overlaying voice-over on videos.
✨ Special Effects and Animations
✔️ Creating animations, Motion Graphics, and special effects to visually enrich video materials.
✔️ Color Grading and adjusting lighting to improve the aesthetics of the films.
📱 Adapting to Different Formats
✔️ Creating different versions of videos for YouTube (16:9), Shorts (9:16), and other social media platforms.
✔️ Optimizing materials for mobile users and different screen resolutions.
🤝 Collaboration and Creative Input
✔️ Close collaboration with the team (content creators, marketing, camera operators, etc.).
✔️ Generating your own ideas to improve video content.
✔️ Considering current YouTube trends and best practices to increase reach.
✅ Quality Control and Export
✔️ Checking video quality, eliminating errors, and ensuring content consistency.
✔️ Exporting video in appropriate formats and resolutions for various platforms.
🎯 What We Expect?
✔ Experience in video editing and post-production (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve).
✔ Narrative skills, knowledge of trends, and modern editing techniques.
✔ Knowledge of Motion Graphics and animation will be an additional asset.
✔ Independence, creativity, and reliability in work.
✔ Passion for digital content and social media (especially YouTube & Shorts).
✔ Communication skills in Polish, English, and Spanish.
