About the Studio

MOON bureau — an international architecture and interior design studio. We implement projects in Ukraine, Germany, and the USA — from private residences to boutique hotels and commercial spaces.
Our principle is timelessness. We do not chase trends; we build spaces that endure. The studio is a finalist of the SBID Awards, Red Dot Design Award, IDA Awards, Dezeen, and others.

We are looking for a person, not a resume. It is important for us that you understand architecture not just as a set of lines on a drawing, but as a language through which we communicate with space and the people who live in it.

What we expect from you

Main Responsibilities: Development of Working Documentation

- Development of a complete set of architectural and design drawings in Archicad and/or Revit. Preparation of plans, sections, facades, nodes, details, and specifications.

- Formatting of working documentation albums according to studio standards and regulatory requirements. Coordination between architectural, structural, and engineering solutions within the BIM model.

- Checking and correcting documentation at various stages of the project (sketch, P, R, AR).

- Preparation of specifications and material lists from the model.

Interaction with the team and contractors

- Close collaboration with leading architects and designers of the studio. Participation in meetings with clients and contractors — presentation and explanation of documentation.

- Author's supervision on the construction site: control of compliance of completed works with project documentation.

- Promptly making changes to documentation based on supervision results.

Communication and Document Flow

Conducting technical correspondence with contractors, suppliers, and engineering services. Structuring and storing project files according to studio standards. Preparing presentation materials for client meetings.

Mandatory Requirements

Education and Experience

Higher education in architecture or construction (or senior students with a portfolio). At least 2 years of experience in the position of architect, design architect, or BIM specialist. Completed projects in the portfolio: from concept to construction (at least 1–2 objects).

Knowledge and Competencies

Knowledge of building codes, DBNIV, and design standards (Ukrainian and/or European). Understanding of design stages: sketch project, project (P), working documentation (R). Skills in reading and developing structural and engineering diagrams. Understanding of construction materials, nodes, and work execution technologies. Proper formatting of technical documentation according to standards.
