Простите, не понял Ваш вопрос.
Есть плеер, который сделан для виндовс. С его помощью я управляю музыкой. Запускаю на усстройстве с виндовс, подключаю проводом к колонке и включаю музыку. Управляю музыкой через клавиатуру, которая подключена к усстройству по вайфай.
Я хотел бы чтобы этот же плеер (с таким же функционалом) я мог включать на усстройстве с андроид (на смартфоне). Точно также подключить к колонке проводом (или блютус, предпочтительно проводом) и слушать музыку. А управлять ч помощью подключенной к смартфону во вайфай клавиатуре (стандартная вайфай клава включается через порт микроюсб через переходник). -

суть в том что в этом плеере есть возможность назначать горячие клавиши для управления музыкой через клавиатуру.
т е: я запускаю плеер на андроиде, подключаю к нему клавиатуру (стандартная клава, через переходник в порт микроюсб, норм работает на смартфоне), назначаю клавиши для управления музыкой (в функционале программы это все есть). потом включаю плеер на смартфоне и управляю музыкой с клавы

или еще проще. запускаю на компе симулятор андроида, отлаживаю горячие клавиши на нем, а потом переношу в смартфон и пользуюсь.
