1. You send a video to the Telegram bot specifying the language/languages for translation.
2. n8n receives the video via Webhook and reads the instructions.
3. For each language, n8n sends a request to Heygen API for translation.
4. After processing is complete, n8n receives the translated video and sends it back to you in Telegram.
