300 USDI need to build a chatbot that communicates with potential clients via WhatsApp.
A general workflow diagram is attached.
Description of the process:
– The lead sends a text or voice message.
We either upload the text or transcribe the audio and save the following data to Supabase:
• Phone number
• name (if available)
• message text
• date and time
– The Info Agent checks the previous conversation history (Brain + temporary memory) and searches for an appropriate answer using the knowledge base (stored on Google Drive).
– A response is then composed and sent to the client.

Key Features:
– Conversations often take time. If the client doesn’t reply, follow-ups should be sent.
If there’s no reply after two follow-ups, ask when would be a convenient time to remind them.
– If the client wants a call, offer a few time slots to choose from.

Important Requirements:
– All client data must be extracted from the message content and stored.
The bot should ask about the client’s goals, contact details, and other relevant information (I will provide a prompt for this logic).
– All questions and answers should be saved as reference material for handling future requests, since ~80% of them are repetitive.
– The knowledge base stored on Google Drive must be regularly updated and searchable.

Final Outcomes:
– Either the client declines the service,
– Or the client submits documents (passport copy and utility bill).
These documents must be recognised (OCR) and saved in a separate table in Supabase.

All client communication (messages, questions, answers) must be tracked via Supabase, meaning each exchange must be recorded and stored.
