просто не хочу тратить время на кандидатов в которых не уверен, была попытка обмана здесь. -
Шмисно))) Тут рядом проект был, где заказчик выбрал исполнителем человека, находящегося на сервисе несколько лет и имеющего несколько десятков положительных отзывов, в результате потерям месяц и не получил ничего, а виновник удалился с сервиса. В общем такой себе критерий.
А для защиты денег заказчика тут и придуман сейф. чтобы можно было вернуть средства если что.

Судя по всему Вам еще больше всё равно на уровень профессионализма исполнителя, потому как вряд ли профессионал с достаточным опытом откликнется заняться проектом, детали которого не известны совсем вообще. На такие предложения откликаются обычно те, кто без работы и надо хоть что-то делать., а это, в подавляющем большинстве, новички в теме.

Поверьте, я умею читать между строк, так же как и Вы. Тоже вижу то, чего другие просто не замечают. Меня мои родители воспитали интеллигентом, потому я сторонник нормального стиля общения, не опускаюсь к плинтусу, даже если Тот собеседник уже сам "вознесся выше самого себя, и все знает лучше всех, и все умеет лучше всех, и за всеми следит и присматривает".
