In your case, it's better to use an app in Docker and run them in ECS.
This is a good option to only pay for the time while the containers are running.
I launched, tested, and addressed it.
But if you plan to deploy everything in a complex way and move it somewhere else, it's better to set up an instance and run everything with docker-compose.
This is the most mobile and minimally resource-intensive option.
You can also consider doing all of this with some cheap provider. Set everything up on some VPS. I saw VPS for 4 euros a month somewhere here.
