The constant "crash" of Outlook mail when working with cPanel (Hostpro) is most often related to three factors: the blocking of your IP address by the server's firewall (due to authorization errors on at least one of the devices), strict hosting limits on the number of simultaneous IMAP connections, or a conflict with the SSL certificate when using the standard address mail.domain.com.
To fundamentally solve the problem, rather than just reconfiguring the mail after each failure, the correct course of action looks like this:
Server log analysis: Instead of blind reconfiguration, we first extract logs from skm357.hostsila.org to see the reason for the reset (IP blocking by the cPHulk/ModSecurity system or IMAP process timeouts).
Connection standardization: We switch all 7 clients to connect via the direct hostname of the server (skm357.hostsila.org) with enforced SSL/TLS encryption. This completely removes the issue of disconnection due to certificate mismatches.
Outlook optimization: We configure server timeouts directly in Outlook and increase the automatic synchronization interval. If 7 clients ping the server simultaneously and too frequently, Hostpro perceives this as a flood attack and temporarily drops the connection.
