What is available:
• Data in Google Sheets (2 tables with metrics: applications, expenses, article, date)
• Partially created report in Looker Studio
• Some fields already added (date, applications, cash)
What needs to be done:
1. Combine data from multiple sheets in Google Sheets, if necessary (even from different spreadsheets, one database).
2. Ensure correct reading of the “Article” field:
• So that Looker sees it as text, not as a number (because it currently rounds or truncates)
3. Create filters in the form of dropdown lists or checkboxes:
• Date filter
• Article filter
• Metric filter (applications, expenses, cash)
4. Set up a classic line chart:
• On the X-axis — date
• On the Y-axis — selected metrics (1 or more)
• So that the chart changes depending on the selected metrics
5. Link filters to the table and chart
6. (Optional) — advice on structure / appearance / logic for ease of further work
