Task:
- Set up automatic exchange of applications (deals/orders) between Bitrix24 and 1C.
- Ensure two-way synchronization of master data (clients, products, statuses, amounts, comments).
- Check the correctness of the exchange: creation, updating, and changing the statuses of applications in both systems.
- Agree on the frequency of exchange and the format of data transfer (API, CommerceML, XML, or other).
- Conduct testing and provide a brief instruction on working with the exchange.
Requirements:
- Experience in setting up integration between Bitrix24 and 1C.
- Understanding of the database structure of both systems.
- Willingness to explain the process and provide recommendations for further support.
Goal: ensure stable synchronization of applications between the Bitrix24 CRM and the 1C accounting system without duplication or data loss.
