Hello. I work with databases, specifically with Firebird SQL, on which UkrSklad is implemented.
To assess the chances of recovering product information, I need answers to three questions:
- What is the exact error message when starting? (Or a screenshot of the program window).
- What exactly preceded the failure? (Sudden power outage, Windows update, system reinstallation).
- Are there files in the Backup folder in the program directory? (UkrSklad automatically makes backups there by default).
Depending on the answers, I will suggest how to proceed. If you have a recent backup, everything can be restored in a couple of minutes by the user. However, if the structure of the database file itself is damaged, we will agree on options for technical repair through console utilities. Write to me.
