Необходимо разработать веб-приложение для автоматизации подтверждения заказов и предложения дополнительных товаров клиентам через Viber. Заказы поступают в CRM SalesDrive. Общая логика работы: 1. Менеджер в веб-приложении выбирает один или несколько заказов из SalesDrive, выбирает сценарий и одну или несколько рекламных листовок, после чего запускает автоматическую обработку. 2. Клиенту через Viber Business Messages отправляется транзакционное сообщение с данными заказа: товары, сумма, способ оплаты, город, служба доставки и отделение/адрес. Клиент выбирает: — «Так, далі»; — «Зв'язатись з менеджером». 3. После подтверждения клиенту автоматически отправляется одна или несколько выбранных менеджером рекламных листовок с дополнительными товарами. 4. Клиент в свободной текстовой форме одним или несколькими сообщениями пишет, какие товары и в каком количестве хочет добавить. После завершения выбора клиент нажимает кнопку «Я все обрав(ла)» 5. ИИ анализирует все сообщения клиента и сопоставляет выбранные позиции только с товарами, содержащимися в отправленных клиенту листовках. Для каждой листовки в системе заранее хранится структурированный список товаров и их ID/артикулы. 6. Система формирует распознанный список товаров и количества и отправляет его клиенту на подтверждение. Клиент выбирает: — «Так, правильно»; — «Потрібно змінити»; — «Зв'язатись з менеджером». 7. После подтверждения выбранные дополнительные товары автоматически добавляются в существующий заказ SalesDrive. Изменяется сумма и статус заказа. 8. После завершения подтверждения заказа клиенту отправляется информация о сроках отправки. Пример: «Відправка замовлення здійснюється протягом 2 робочих днів. Якщо для вас важлива якнайшвидша відправка, натисніть кнопку нижче. Ми врахуємо це при обробці замовлення». Кнопки: — «Все добре»; — «Потрібна швидка відправка». Если клиент выбирает «Потрібна швидка відправка», в заказе SalesDrive должна сохраняться соответствующая отметка или комментарий. Автоматический сценарий при этом продолжается. 9. Клиенту автоматически отправляется информационное сообщение о необходимости осмотра посылки при получении. Пример: «Будь ласка, огляньте товар у відділенні служби доставки при отриманні. У разі виявлення механічних пошкоджень не забирайте посилку та зв'яжіться з нами. Це допоможе нам швидко вирішити ситуацію». Кнопки и ответ клиента на данном этапе не требуются. 10. Последним сообщением клиенту автоматически отправляются контактные данные компании. Пример: «Якщо у вас виникнуть питання щодо замовлення, ви можете зв'язатися з нами: Телефон: … Viber: … Telegram: …» Контактные данные и текст сообщения должны редактироваться администратором приложения. 11. Нестандартные случаи передаются менеджеру. Например: — клиент просит изменить заказ; — клиент выбирает связь с менеджером; — ИИ не смог однозначно распознать товары или количество; — клиент не подтвердил распознанный список; — клиент отправил неподдерживаемое вложение; — возникла техническая ошибка.После передачи заказа менеджеру автоматический сценарий останавливается. Интеграции: — SalesDrive API; — TurboSMS HTTP API / webhook, Viber Business Messages; — API ИИ-модели для распознавания свободного текста клиента. Необходимо также реализовать: — веб-панель менеджера; — получение и отображение заказов SalesDrive; — выбор одного или нескольких заказов; — выбор сценария; — выбор одной или нескольких листовок; — управление листовками и привязанными к ним товарами; — хранение состояния Viber-диалога; — историю диалога; — изменение статусов заказа; — остановку автоматического сценария; — базовую статистику. Входящие изображения, файлы и голосовые сообщения клиента распознавать не требуется. ИИ работает только с текстом. TurboSMS подтвердил возможность автоматической отправки сообщений через HTTP API, получения ответов через webhook и работы дальнейшего сценария в рамках Viber чат-сессии. What I need: To select the optimal platform and create a lightweight, fast web app (catalog) that will look perfect on smartphones and open correctly on computers. Key requirements for the catalog: Design: Maximum minimalism. Dark theme (black background), large vertical image (proportions 9:16), with only the name/article of the model below it. No long descriptions. Database management: I need a very simple system for adding new models (ideally through familiar Google Sheets or a very user-friendly internal database).
