I have experience setting up Meta Pixel + Conversions API with correct transmission of value and currency for the Purchase event, including integrations with various CMS and custom solutions.
From the description, I see a typical problem:
value or currency is not transmitted in all events, or a non-numeric format is transmitted (string instead of number), or data is duplicated/conflicting between Pixel and CAPI.
What I will do:
• I will check the transmission of value and currency parameters through Events Manager + Test Events
• I will test the payload in the browser and server side (CAPI)
• I will check the format compliance (number, without quotes, correct currency)
• I will check event deduplication (event_id)
