Writing children's fairy tales, stories

Looking for an author to write a children's fairy tale / children's story for children aged 0–3 years.

🔹 Language:

• Russian language

• The text will be subsequently translated into other languages, so:

  • the language should be as simple as possible;

  • without complex constructions, wordplay, idioms, and culturally dependent expressions;

  • without rhymes, puns, and hidden meanings that are difficult to translate.

🔹 Volume:

• About 500 words for one story

🔹 Format:

• Need to write two separate stories:

  1. A story / fairy tale for a girl

  2. A story / fairy tale for a boy

🔹 Plot and content:

• The story can be:

  • educational / cognitive

  • or a light adventure

• The plot must:

  • be suitable for ages 0–3 years;

  • be kind, calm, without conflicts and fears;

  • help the child learn about the world (colors, shapes, animals, emotions, friendship, care, simple actions);

  • be easily perceived when read aloud by an adult.

🔹 Language requirements:

• Short sentences

• Repetitions are allowed and welcomed

• Simple vocabulary

• Clear logic of actions

• The text should "sound good" when read aloud

🔹 Rights:

• ❗ All exclusive rights to the texts are fully transferred to the client

• Including the right:

  • to translate into any languages;

  • to adapt, edit, shorten;

  • for commercial use;

  • for publication in print, electronic, and digital formats;

  • for use in series and derivative projects.

• Author attribution — by agreement.

🔹 Requirements for the author:

• Experience in writing texts for young children (0–3 years)

• Understanding the peculiarities of children's perception

• Examples of children's texts or portfolio — mandatory

🔹 Format of cooperation:

• Payment: by agreement

• Possibility of long-term cooperation (series of books)
