Not about work. About the brand.
SCENT·ID is a premium home fragrance brand that I am creating in Vienna.
But this is not just a brand of scented candles. These are fragrances that reflect the temperaments of personalities, where the aroma composition is built on the principles of aromatherapy and aimed at influencing emotional states in a way that suits their character. I created an associative test through which the user encounters not only their fragrance at the end but also a description of their personality profile: who they are, what their character is like, and what their strength is.6 fragrances - 6 personality types.
The brand's philosophy is built around the theme of self-discovery, individuality, and enhancing one's inner self. A light psychology where the main goal is to remind a person who they truly are amidst the noise of information and trends.In addition, the brand's mission is to develop a sense of aesthetics and self-love. To promote the trend of home fragrances as a must-have just like classic perfume, while educating about fragrances and their effects.
Who I am looking for
I am currently looking for a person for long-term collaboration who wants to grow with the brand.
I need not just a technical specialist for Instagram content.
I need someone who will be interested in thinking about the brand, the concept, seeking ideas, analyzing the market, noticing trends, and helping to turn the philosophy of SCENT·ID into content.
What needs to be done(Responsibilities and the format of collaboration will be formed gradually. Right now, it is important for me to find a person who resonates with the brand idea and who wants to grow with the project.) In general, what is necessary:
• analyze the market and find interesting cases;
• suggest ideas for Reels, Stories, and posts;
• create a content plan;
• advise on what materials need to be shot;
• work with AI when creating visuals;
• help build a unified visual language for the brand;
• participate in brand development and suggest ideas.
Who I will gladly consider
I am open to both experienced specialists and talented newcomers.
For me, a sense of taste, aesthetics, initiative, and a genuine desire to participate in brand development are much more important than the number of years in the profession without personal involvement.
The project is at an early stage of development, so the volume of tasks at the initial stage is expected to be small, and the budget is currently limited. At the same time, I am looking for a person for long-term collaboration and plan to increase the workload and payment as the brand grows.
