Looking for an SMM Manager for a Food Business in Asia We are looking for an SMM manager for monthly collaboration for a food-related business operating in Asia. The project is related to ready healthy meals, delivery, vending machines, and the sale of frozen dishes.
We need a person who can not only create individual posts but also build a complete SMM system from scratch: understand the business, goals, products, audience, create a content strategy, content plan, and regularly implement it.
On-site shooting will be performed by a separate local videographer. Your task is to prepare clear briefs for him: what exactly to shoot, what shots are needed, what formats, scripts, references, and video structure.Main Tasks analyze the business, products, target audience, and competitors; create a content strategy and categorization; prepare a monthly/weekly content plan; write texts for posts, stories, reels; create scripts for videos; prepare detailed briefs for the videographer; work with photos and video materials after shooting; edit or coordinate the editing of reels/short videos; design publications, stories, highlights; publish content or prepare everything for publication; analyze results and suggest improvements.What is Important experience managing Instagram/Facebook for businesses; ability to build a content system, not just create beautiful posts; understanding of Reels, Stories, audience engagement, and content that sells; preferred experience with food, delivery, restaurants, FMCG, or lifestyle projects; English language proficiency sufficient for creating content in English (B1+); independence, structure, and ability to work with a remote team.Collaboration Format Initially, we want to see your cases and discuss your vision. After that, we can start with a test task or a short trial period. If everything fits — we are ready to work on a permanent monthly basis.
