Writing a script for Google Apps Script
I need to present the results of the analysis of Excel files in the form of records in a table. Since many such files are being analyzed, I want to automate this process.
That is, I need the results of the file analyses to enter the table, where each row corresponds to a specific file, and the columns contain different characteristics of the file contents.
The characteristics of the file contents appear as a result of processing the file using a prompt for Claude.
The prompt for processing the file is not simple, and this is the whole problem why I cannot solve the issue of creating the script myself.
The prompt includes both text describing the task and a hint for Claude in the form of code.
Independent work has been done in an attempt to create this script using Claude.
But since I am not a programmer, at a certain point I stopped understanding how to tie the script code and the prompt for processing files together, which contains both text and code.
It is obvious that the solution is to place the bulky prompt in Google Docs and refer to it there.
But I fear that new problems will arise, and there is no time to play around anymore. Therefore, I am seeking help.
I need either to refine the existing script, or to create a new one, set up Google Apps Script, and ensure that the script works.
