Good day.
Algorithm of the system operation
1. Start and diagnostics
When the laser is turned on, the programmable logic controller (PLC) performs diagnostics of the system, checking:
The state of the sensors (temperature, pressure, pollution).
The functionality of the filters and fans.
The voltage level in the system.
If faults are detected, the PLC stops the operation of the laser and signals an error with light and sound.
2. Measurement of parameters
The pollution sensors monitor the concentration of smoke in the air.
The pressure sensors track the current state of the filters and channels.
4. Parameter control
The pressure sensors monitor the state of the filters:
If the filter is polluted, the system activates the regeneration process.
The pollution sensors assess the effectiveness of the cleaning.
The fan automatically adjusts the power to ensure a constant flow.
If the specified parameters are exceeded, cleaning with compressed air regeneration is activated (electromagnetic valves on the receiver's air ducts open).
5. Regeneration
Starts the pulse cleaning mechanism (cleaning with a jet of compressed air).
Checks the result of regeneration through pressure sensors.
6. Output of clean air
Cleaned air is returned to the room.
7. Emergency modes
If the allowable parameters are exceeded (temperature, dust concentration, fan overload):
The system stops the operation of the laser.
It will give a sound and visual signal.
9. Monitoring and reports
Information about the system status is displayed on the screen.
A log of the system operation, filter replacements, and emergency events is maintained.
