Writing a proposal for collaboration

The goal of the project is to create a professional, structured, and informative template for a collaboration proposal. This document will be used by the CTO to send to insurance, leasing, brokerage, and other companies that have vehicle fleets, etc.

Target Audience

• Insurance companies.
• Leasing companies.
• Brokerage companies.
• Any other companies with vehicle fleets.

Main Requirements for the Template

1. Document Structure

The document must be clearly structured. Recommended structure:

1. Header of the document:
   • Company logo.
   • Contact information (company name, address, phone, email).
   • Date of proposal creation.
2. Addressing the recipient:
   • Personalized address (for example, "Dear [Name] / Representatives of [Company Name]").
3. Introduction:
   • Brief description of the sending company (what it does, main advantages).
4. Main Proposal:
   • Description of the services provided.
   • Main advantages of collaboration.
   • Collaboration terms (briefly).
5. Additional Advantages:
   • Other benefits of collaboration (for example, discounts, support, integration into existing processes).
6. Conclusion:
   • Offer to send more detailed information or hold a meeting.
   • Thank you for your attention.
7. Contact Information:
   • Person to contact (name, position).
   • Phone number and email.

2. Design and Visual Style

• The design should be modern, professional, and in line with the corporate style of the company.
• Use corporate colors and fonts (if available).
• Add graphic elements that facilitate perception (icons, tables, charts).
• Ensure that the template looks good in both printed and electronic formats (PDF).

3. Document Format

• The file must be adapted for editing (for example, in Microsoft Word and Google Docs formats).
• The final version for sending – PDF.

4. Adaptability

• The template should be easily customizable for personalization for a specific recipient (changing names, company name, etc.).

Additional Requirements

• Completion within the specified deadlines (the deadline is discussed separately).
• The document must be written in Ukrainian, with correct grammar and style.
• Ensure confidentiality of information that may be provided for creating the template.
