Script Writing

I am looking for an experienced Python developer to create a standalone script. The script will work locally with Prom.ua export/import files (Excel/XLSX or XML). The main goal is to mass-unique product cards using the OpenAI (ChatGPT) API and fill them with quality content.

Detailed functionality of the script:

1. Input data: Working with a price file (Excel/XML) located in the same folder as the script.
2. Bilingual (UA / RU): Generation of all content according to the language requirements of Prom.ua.
3. Uniqueness and web search (Web Search):
   • The script submits the product name/article to ChatGPT.
   • Implement a web search function (Google API / scraping) so that the AI finds real data about the product online.
4. STRICT REQUIREMENT (No AI hallucinations): ChatGPT must use only real facts and characteristics that it found online or that were already in the price list. If there is no information about the product — the AI does not invent anything, leaves it as is or provides an empty field.
5. Generation of a unique description + Font styling:
   • The description must be unique and structured.
   • The output text of the description should be wrapped in HTML tags for Prom.ua. It should be made so that the font of the description is visually larger and bolder (semibold/bold) than the standard small text of competitors on the marketplace.
6. Separate block of characteristics in the description: At the end of the description text, the AI should form a separate beautiful block (list) with clear technical characteristics of the product.
7. Filling in Prom.ua portal characteristics: The script should be able to distribute the found technical characteristics of the product into the corresponding special columns/fields of the Excel file for Prom (personal/portal characteristics that filters in the catalog work with).
8. Search queries: Generation of relevant search tags (keywords) for each item.
9. Duplicate control: Work strictly by the unique product identifier (ID or Article), so that during repeated runs or updating the price list NO duplicates are created, but existing items are updated.

Requirements for the interface/settings (IMPORTANT):

• I have the keys. It is necessary to implement a separate settings block (configuration file, for example config.ini or .env).
• In this file, I must have the ability to insert/change my API keys (OpenAI, Google, etc.) myself.
• Also, this file must have a separate field where I can manually specify the exact name of the price file that I want to process at the moment.

What I expect from the result: A ready, tested Python script with a configuration settings file and a brief instruction for running.
