Минимальная сумма - четыре от Вашей должна быть, и то, может оказаться мало.Так что советую дозреть. А так, да, идея хорошая.

Это задачка ни разу не уровня студенческой лабораторной, бюджет занижем минимум в 3 раза. К тому же, Вам потребуеться сокет-сервер + такой проект сделать без библиотек и фрефмворкой чтобы просто скопировать по FTP и оно работало не выйдет. Точнее сделать можно, но Вы выбросите его в мусорку через 3 дня пользования.
